Biography

Engr. Terkuma Ephraim Ivande, known as TK the TinkTank, is an electrical and computer engineer, business operator, and AI generalist. He serves as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director at Prado Power, where he works across strategy, project development, commercial operations, and the delivery of energy solutions. He combines engineering thinking, executive operating experience, process design, and AI technology to identify business problems and build practical solutions.

Into AI-enabled building

Years of running operations taught me where value actually leaks: manual handovers, information that never reaches the person who needs it, and decisions that wait on a report someone assembles by hand. AI changed what one person can build in response to those problems. It did not change the need to diagnose them properly first.

I now design and build automations, AI agents, and custom applications directly, which means the person who understood the problem is also the person who shapes the solution. Fewer translations, fewer assumptions, shorter distance between diagnosis and working software.

How I think about technology

Every tool must earn its place against a clearly defined problem. If a spreadsheet solves it, I will say so. If a process needs redesigning before anything gets automated, I will say that too. Honest scoping protects the client and the outcome.
